Our Policies

1. Shipping Policy

1. PC Themes will not be held responsible for any delay, lost or damaged mail.

2. Shipping fee is strictly non refundable.


2. Exchange Policy

1. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a 1 to 1 exchange.

2. Items purchased online within 7 days are eligible for exchange only if purchased item DOA (Dead on Arrival).

3. To file for an exchange, you are to ensure:

  • Official invoice issued by PC Themes Technology Pte Ltd
  • Item is under same condition you received it
  • Original packaging must be present

4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

5. Sale/promotional items are non-exchangeable.

6. Products with physical damage (for example, bent pin, dents, scratches) are not eligible for exchange.

7. For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount.

8. Several types of products are exempt from exchanged, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows software.

9. DOA (Dead on Arrival) are required to go through an inspection by PC Themes Technology Pte Ltd for any possible damages/defects not covered within the manufacturer's warranty coverage before any exchange. PC Themes reserves the rights to reject or deny any exchange claims should exchange item is found unsatisfactory within the warranty policy via the manufacturer policy.

10. All exchanges must be done physically within the premise of the store at 1 Rochor Canal Road, #04-15, Sim Lim Square, Singapore 188504.


3. Return/Refund Policy

All goods sold are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds can only be done via bank transfer and processing time will take up to 7 to 14 days.


4. Warranty Policy

PC Themes's in-house warranty applies to all physical goods purchased directly from PC Themes Technology Pte Ltd.

PC Themes warrants against any defects in manufacturing or workmanship under normal use during the in-house warranty period.

*The term "Product(s)" refers to any hardware purchased directly from PC Themes Technology.*


Duration of Coverage

The in-house warranty period for:

i) "Ready To Ship" PCs - 1 Month F.O.C Diagnostic Service from date of official invoice issued by PC Themes Technology Pte Ltd. However do note that we do not have onsite service hence you would either have to bring in your pc to our store OR opt for delivery (with charges apply) - Highly advisable to keep the casing box and protection foam so as to prevent damages during transit.

ii) Custom Build PCs and individual PC components - Within 10 days from date of official invoice issued by PC Themes Technology Pte Ltd.


Actions to be taken to rectify problems

We will send the faulty products for repair or replace products or parts of a product for defects specified. Replacement products/parts may be repaired, refurbished or manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.


What are being covered?

Products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.


What are not being covered?

  • failure of the product outside of its intended use
  • accidental damage (for example liquid damage, excessive force during installation, physical damage)
  • unauthorised modifications without textual agreement from PC Themes
  • modifications, alteration, overclocking, BIOS or firmware updates, or repairs made to your system by anyone other than a certified PC Themes representative
  • customer change of mind
  • natural ageing of materials
  • normal wear and tear
  • consequential damages (for example, loss of data, loss of income)
  • software related faults
  • incorrect software installation
  • viruses or bugs
  • damages caused by environmental changes


5. Other information

i) Prices reflected on our website may change WITH/WITHOUT prior notice.

ii) Some PC components carry manufacturer's/distributor's warranty that is effective even after the expiry of PC Themes's in-house warranty. Upon expiry of PC Themes's in-house warranty, customers will have to deal directly with manufacturers or distributors regarding malfunctioning PC components. Terms and conditions shall be in accordance to respective manufacturers or distributors.

iii) Any workmanship/material defects of the replacement parts will be warranted to be free of defects for 3 months from time of replacement, or for the remainder of the warranty period of the product it is replacing (whichever is longer).

iv) In the event that PC Themes decides to refund or replace the product, the term of this warranty shall expire as of the time of that refund or replacement.

v) Warranty extensions cannot be cancelled.

vi) Proof of purchase (for example, official invoice) must be present for all warranty claims. Warranty shall be rendered null and void if  there is any alteration on the proof of purchase in any way or is made illegible (for example, removed, erased defaced, altered or tampered).

vii) PC Themes reserves the right to replace product(s) of the same category upon unavailability of a product. If a product replacement involves price change, PC Themes has the right to request for additional amount from the customer, according to item's price.

viii) All warranty claims must be done physically within the premise of the store at 1 Rochor Canal Road, #04-15 Sim Lim Square, Singapore 188504.
