Component Compatibility: While our website provides a filter function for your convenience, it may not be 100% accurate. We strongly advise customers to verify component clearance and compatibility (e.g., GPU length, cooler height, case dimensions) before finalizing an order.
 

Professional Assembly Service: PC Themes provides professional assembly services. Should our technical team identify any compatibility issues during the build process, we will contact you immediately to discuss suitable component alternatives.
 

Self-Assembly Policy: Customers may choose to purchase parts for self-assembly. However, please note that a S$54 service fee will apply if the system is assembled incorrectly or requires our technicians to troubleshoot and re-assemble the unit.
 

Manufacturer Warranty: All individual components are covered by their respective local distributor warranties starting from the date of purchase. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and part.
 

Exchange Requirements: PC Themes reserves the right to decline an exchange if the product is returned with physical damage or incomplete packaging. All original items, including accessories like I/O shields, cables, and manuals, must be present.
 

Manufacturing Defects: If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within 14 working days of purchase, PC Themes reserves the right to provide an exchange for a product of equivalent value, subject to stock availability.
 

Administrative Fee: A S$10 administrative fee applies to any requests for component changes or swaps made within 10 working days of the original purchase.
 

Warranty Voidance: Please be advised that warranties are strictly voided in cases of physical damage (e.g., burnt circuits, bent pins, deep scratches, or cracked PCB) or evidence of liquid damage/spillage.
