We advise customer to do some research on the components for clearance compatibility too, as the filter function is not 100% accurate.
PC Themes Provides assemble services, for any compatibility issues, we will notify customer to swap out the components.
Customer can choose to self-assemble. But a fee of S$40 applies, if assembled wrongly or require us to re-assemble
Individual part has it's own period of warranty, and is covered by local distributor. From date of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange if Product is physically damaged/ packaging are not complete. E.g. Missing I.O Shield, Incomplete Set.
PC Themes reserve the right to exchange product of equivalent value if product is found with manufacturing defects within 10 working days
A admin fee of S$10 applies for component changing within 10 working days.
Warranty will be voided for physical damage (e.g. burnt, pin bent, scratches) or water spillage.
