Payment Related

PC Themes accepts bank transfers and PayNow.

*Bank transfers between different banks can take around 3 working days or more* (We use DBS).

Tentatively, PC Themes does not support any form of credit card payment or instalment plan.

PC Themes is a GST registered company in Singapore. All our prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and GST inclusive.

Warranty Related

All "Ready To Ship" PCs built by PC Themes come with 3 years in-house warranty, with first year on-site pick-up and return service, and second to third year carry in service, from date of official invoice. (Customer will have the option to extend on-site pick-up service to the second year with an additional fee of $88 during checkout)

The in-house warranty for custom build PCs and individual components is limited up to 10 days from the date of official invoice.

For product warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer/distributor.

For in-house warranty, do have the official invoice ready prior to contacting us via our hotline, email or WhatsApp.

Shipping/Delivery Related

We use J&T (take around 3-5 working days) and Lalamove (same day delivery for orders made before 5pm).

Note: PC Themes will not be held responsible for any delay, lost or damaged mail.

For J&T, delivery fee is between $5 - $10.

For lalamove, the delivery fee is charged depending on the location. Exact price will be generated based on the postal code/address.

Yes, you may choose to self-collect at our retail store within our operating hours. (Mon-Sat: 11AM to 7:30PM, Sun: 11:30AM to 6:30PM)

Unfortunately, no. We only ship within Singapore

Order Related

Email will be sent out whenever there is an update on the order status. Alternatively, you may also visit our website and click on > My Account > My Order History > Under "Action" column > View.

Building of system and delivery will only commence upon payment received on our end. Below estimated waiting time is just a guideline based on after payment received.

For all Ready To Ship orders made before 3pm (SGT), we strive to delivery your PC on the same day.

Ready To Ship orders made after 3pm (SGT) will be delivered on the next working day.

Delivery lead time for Custom Build PCs and individual components will usually take around 3-4 working days.

Once we received an order, we will check it against our inventory. In the event should a specific component be out of stock, we will try our best to source for it or back order for you. Alternatively, we will suggest a component of identical specifications for you.

*Do expect some delay in your order process for out of stock scenario*

Cancellation of order is not allowed once payment has been done. If you wish to make any amendments to your order during the installation phase, a fee of $100-$200 shall apply.

Custom Build Related

Yes, as long as there is no compatibility issue. If you require us to assemble for you, you will have to personally bring the PC parts you wish to reuse to our retail store. Do note that there will be an additional assembly fee of $40 - $80. Customers are to ensure existing PC components are in working condition. PC Themes will not be held liable for any damage during assembly.

PC Themes will notify customers on selected parts in their order that are not compatible before we proceed with the build

No, we do not provide onsite service. You will have to head down to our retail store within 10 working days.

No, PC Themes does not do trade-ins or buy back second-hand PC components.
