Tentatively, PC Themes does not support any form of credit card payment or instalment plan.

PC Themes is a GST registered company in Singapore. All our prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and GST inclusive.

There is no in-house warranty coverage by PC Themes. However, if customers encountered any issue within 7 days, he/she may bring down the PC to our store for a diagnostic. Do note that this is only applicable for 100% full build PC purchased and assembled by PC Themes WITHOUT the usage any of your existing parts / parts not purchased from PC Themes . 

For product warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer/distributor.

For in-house warranty, do have the official invoice ready prior to contacting us via our hotline, email or WhatsApp.

We use J&T (take around 3-5 working days) and Lalamove/3rd Party Courier (same day delivery for orders made before 2pm, and next day delivery for orders made after 2pm) *Please allow an additional of few hours to 1-2 working days if your pc requires assembling.*

Note:

1. Delivery can only be arranged upon VERIFICATION of FULL payment received.

2. PC Themes will not be held responsible for any delay, lost or damaged mail.

For J&T, delivery fee is between $10-$20.

For Lalamove / 3rd Party Courier, the delivery fee is charged flat rate @ $25. 

Delivery fee is just an estimation. Exact amount may fluctuate during delivery arrangement due to factors such as weight/size of order(s), timing/peak hours, and location.

Yes, you may choose to self-collect at our retail store within our operating hours.

Mon-Sat: 11AM to 7PM

Sun: 11:30AM to 7PM

Please come 30 mins before our closing time.

Closed on every Monday. For PH, kindly check with us prior to coming to our store.

Timing may change without prior notice. It is strongly advisable to contact us on this before coming to our store.
 

Unfortunately, no. We only ship within Singapore

Email will be sent out whenever there is an update on the order status. Alternatively, you may also visit our website and click on > My Account > My Order History > Under "Action" column > View.

Building of system and delivery will only commence upon payment received on our end. Below estimated waiting time is just a guideline based on after payment received.

Self collection & Lalamove/3rd Party Courier: Orders made before 2pm - usually will be ready on the same day or next working day

J&T - 3-5 working days

Once we received an order, we will check it against our inventory. In the event should a specific component be out of stock, we will try our best to source for it or back order for you. Alternatively, we will suggest a component of identical specifications for you.

*Do expect some delay in your order process for out of stock scenario*

Cancellation of order is not allowed once payment has been done. If you wish to make any amendments to your order during the installation phase, a fee of $100-$200 shall apply.

Yes, as long as there is no compatibility issue. If you require us to assemble for you, you will have to personally bring the PC parts you wish to reuse to our retail store. Do note that there will be an additional assembly fee of $40 - $80. Customers are to ensure existing PC components are in working condition. PC Themes will not be held liable for any damage during assembly.

PC Themes will notify customers on selected parts in their order that are not compatible before we proceed with the build. Please note that there is also a possibility of compatibility issue during the assembly. If this happens, we will contact customer on it and suggest solutions.

No, we do not provide onsite service. You will have to head down to our retail store within 7 working days.

No, PC Themes does not do trade-ins or buy back second-hand PC components.
